The Natural Vegan Electrolyte and Carbohydrate Sachets utilize the almost magical, natural properties of coconut water and pink Himalayan salt to create a powerful hydration solution. Coconut water is rich in natural electrolytes, potassium, magnesium and Vitamin C - with a simple drying process, this locks in the natural minerals and vitamins which are released when the powder meets water. Meanwhile, pink Himalayan salt is used, which is the purest salt on the planet and a source of over 84 vital macrominerals including sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, iron and phosphorus.
These key ingredients are also mixed with freeze-dried fruits and botanicals to create a refreshing sports drink that will keep you hydrated, replacing key electrolytes which are lost through sweating.
Directions for Use
Mix a single sachet with 500ml of cold water and shake well. For best results consume 500ml, of the hydration solution, 1-2 hours before prolonged or intensive exercise. Then consume a further 150-200ml immediately before you begin. Then 500-700ml of the sports drink per hour during extended exercise. When you’re finished, consume a further 500ml of the solution within 20 minutes of finishing your workout or race.
