The gels are made from 100% natural and plant-based ingredients combining unrefined brown rice sirup, date nectar and maple sirup. The brown rice sirup delivers essential fast-release glucose for the rapid delivery of energy straight to your muscles. Date nectar is higher in fructose which ensures a slower energy release to keep you feeling fueled for longer. Meanwhile, maple sirup adds a mellow, natural sweetness from both glucose and fructose, and is a powerful source of antioxidants.
Directions for Use
Consume the first energy gel between 60-75 minutes into a workout, and then consume a gel every 45 minutes or so after that. Always consume the gels with some water – without it the gels will take a little longer to digest and be slower to enter the blood stream.
