The GO Isotonic Energy Electrolyte Gels provides a quick and easy to digest boost of carbohydrates. Easily stowed in packs and jerseys the gels give you the energy to push your endurance to new levels. 

With 22 grams of carbohydrates and 118mg sodium, 9.5mg potassium and 1.5mg magnesium per gel you'll enjoy sustained performance no matter what endurance sport you're undertaking. They're formulated using all natural flavors and they're easy to digest on the go.

Directions for Use
During long or warm exercise sessions consume 1 gel with water alongside 2 x SiS GO Isotonic Energy gels per 60 minutes to maintain energy levels. Simply tear off the top of the packaging and consume - there is no need to mix with water.
