This race-ready full-suspension mountain bike (MTB) frame features an ultra-strong T700/800 monocoque carbon fiber build, which allows you to benefit from its increased stiffness and strength without any weight penalty. Lightweight and responsive, Nukeproof has also kitted out this model with updated geometry for smooth handling, while its internally piped cable routing allows for a sleek, clean finish. Developed for the most demanding of terrain conditions, this version also comes equipped with a Factory Series Fox Float X2 rear shock for increased traction, tuneability and smoothness. Since 2009 the Nukeproof Mega has been on a constant development to meet the demands of Nukeproof's riders and customers alike. As a result, the Mega Carbon V4 frame is available for 27.5”, 29” or new Mixed (Front 29”/Rear 27.5” wheel sizes) wheel set ups, with each frame design tailored around each wheel size.

Carbon Fiber Full-Suspension Enduro MTB Frame

To optimize the weight, strength and stiffness, the Mega Carbon frame features a T700/800 UD woven carbon fiber frameset (Front and rear Triangle). The carbon swingarms helps reduce the unsprung weight on the rear of the bike, improving suspension performance. All forged parts are made from 6061-T6 aluminum. 

After winning four Enduro World Series Titles in three years the V4 design is an evolution of Nukeproof's ultimate Enduro bike. At the heart of the frame is the brand's revised suspension Kinematic, designed to be more subtle off the top, whilst remaining progressive and predictable. Anti-Squat is used to create an effective pedaling bike that can be thrashed through technical terrain. The useable SAG range is also widened to allow riders to tune the suspension to the trails. The updated Mega frame geometry features dynamic saddle offset which is designed to optimize seated rider weight distribution on each frame size. This is achieved through seat angles which are bespoke to each frame size. In addition, the actual seat tube is designed to be shorter overall with a bigger maximum insert depth so as to allow a longer dropper post if required.
