Packed with all the features you need for a safe and comfortable ride, the Veleno Helmet (MIPS) features an EPS foam liner to provide impressive impact protection in the event of a fall. Meanwhile, its sporty design, with extended rear coverage, comes from mountain biking but it's engineered to be both light and protective for any type of cycling discipline, on or off the road.
The visor is easily removable, perfect for quick changes between rides on smooth tarmac and rough trails. And with a full polycarbonate in-mold wrap design, this is a durable helmet that can take on the knocks of daily use.
MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System)
The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head.
Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.

Cool Comfort
While offering excellent protection, you'll also be pleased to find the Veleno won't leave you feeling hot and sweaty during your ride. A total of 26 air vents and engineered inner channels let cool air in and push damp warm air out. The comfort pads also do a great job of wicking away sweat. And they're washable too, so you always have a fresh feeling. You even get specific ports to securely dock sunglasses when climbing or resting.

For a precise and comfortable fit, the MET Safe-T Upsilon Fit System is hard to beat. The 360-degree head belt removes pressure points and allows for all head shapes too. Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
