Meridian smooth cashew butter, as with ALL Meridian products, does not use palm oil as an emulsifier. Some manufacturers remove the natural, nutrient-rich oils from nut and seed butters and replace them with palm oil. Meridian are proud to say that since June 2013, all their products are palm oil free.
