If you're a young rider that's just discovered the thrill of mountain biking or perhaps you're more experienced and love to take on ever more challenging mountain bike trails, the Junior MTB AllMtn 1.0 Helmet ensures extra safety should you get tangled up in a crash.
To absorb the energies from head impacts, the 1.0 uses in-molded impact foam. This protective foam core is covered by a Polymer Compound Shell, improving durability and ensuring fending off those knock and scrapes from overhanging bushes and trees on the trail. The extended coverage across the back of the helmet adds protection and the visor will also break away in the event of a crash, reducing rotational forces acting upon your head and neck.
360 ̊ Turbine Technology Inside
The Junior 1.0 also features 360 ̊ Turbine Technology. This is focused on reducing the damaging effects of a crash on your brain. It works via 360 ̊ moving discs, all made from an energy-absorbing material. These impart a reduction of rotational acceleration to the head and brain by up to 40%. The system also improves the absorption of impact energy - it reduces peak brain acceleration by up to 30% at the impact speeds associated with concussion.
Get in the Flow
Once on the trail, you'll find the ventilation is optimized to keep you nice and cool. A total of 14 air vents maintain excellent airflow into the helmet and allow warm damp air to escape. MaxiFlow impact foam air channels on the inside also boost airflow over your head, even at slow speeds.
It's still likely you'll generate a sweat when riding, even with all this venting, but that's not a problem. The liner wicks sweat off your skin before you feel uncomfortable. And because it's also washable, you can keep everything feeling and smelling fresh for every ride.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
