    Description

    Helping you to hydrate and fuel optimally, the Isotonic Hydration Drink is scientifically formulated with a unique blend of electrolytes and carbohydrates. The sports drink powder mixes with water to create a refreshing, great-tasting, hydrating and energizing drink.

    The Isotonic Hydration Drink replenished the five electrolytes lost through sweat: sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride, and calcium.

    Additionally, postbiotics (heat-treated microflora) and calcium have been added to the mix to support digestion. Postbiotics are similar to Probiotics but they have been grown to maturity and heat treated – so that they take effect immediately.

    Directions for Use
    For best results mix a 30g scoop (scoop included) of the HIGH5 Isotonic Hydration Drink powder into 500ml of water and shake well. Consume before and during exercise. Drink 150-250ml every 20 minutes.
