High5’s Energy Gummies Caffeine are provided in resealable packs with 6 gummies in each pack. Each pack of gummies perfectly balance 21g carbohydrate, 75mg caffeine, key electrolytes, sodium and potassium with added vitamin B6. The gummies are packed full of natural, great tasting flavors and are easy to consume on the go suited to both before and during exercise.
Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. ¹Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance capacity. Consume 3 mg/kg body weight caffeine at least one hour prior to exercise and avoid caffeine consumption for at least 12 hours prior to consumption.
