Ideal for taking after exercise, the Elite Activ Hydrate + tablets contain 300mg of sodium, 100mg of potassium, 40mg of calcium and 20mg of magnesium to rehydrate. With 75mg of caffeine also added to give you that all-important boost, there is added vitamin B and the delicious blast of flavored fruit certainly tickles the taste buds.
How to take it - Dissolve one tablet in 500ml of water, or the dosage advised by your nutritionist. Up to four tablets can be taken daily.
Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
