Some rain and some mud aren't going to stop you from getting on your mountain bike and enjoying the rush of trail riding. But with the Ranger 2.5L Waterproof Jacket, it's a whole lot more comfortable when storm clouds break. With a waterproof rating of 10,000mm, the 2.5-layer fabric of the jacket ensures prolonged downpours don't leave you soaked through. And with a 3000gm breathability rating, those stiff climbs and rowdy descents won't leave you drenched in sweat either.
A DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish to the outer surface does a great job of shedding mud and water flicked up off damp and muddy trails. And for particularly foul riding conditions you also have the benefit of a helmet-compatible hood, designed to fit over most MTB trail helmets.
With regards to the fit, the Ranger 2.5L is kept rider-focused with plenty of space to layer up underneath while also allowing you to move and maneuver your bike with ease. A drawcord at the lower hem also lets you cinch in the fit to your liking.
