Description
When it comes to the rough and tumble of mountain biking, the MT500 Burner Flat MTB Shoes have you covered. The upper is made from durable materials to fend off the inevitable scrapes and scratches of riding. Reinforced toe and heel sections also protect against debris kicked up from your tires. Lastly, perforated panels allow for enhanced ventilation, perfect for the heat of summer trails.
Inside the MT500s, the cushioned liner is quick-drying, offering all-weather comfort and ensuring you enjoy dry shoes every time you ride. The EGM footbed also offers shock-absorbing comfort and smooth pedaling power transfer while the Sharkskin fabric-lined heel cup prevents heel-elevator when pedaling.
A tongue gaiter keeps out mud, dirt and dust while the combination of ever-reliable laces and Velcro® strap provide the final finishing touch, keeping your feet securely in place.
Get a Grip
Central to the performance of the MT500s is the reassuringly grippy sole. In the pedal contact area, StickyFoot™ Grip rubber provides a stable and secure connection with the pedals at all times, keeping you in control over rough terrain, when leaning into berms and when hucking off those big drops. Endura have also tuned the flex of the sole unit. Not only is it efficient for pedaling but has just the right amount of flex for improved control and confidence across any terrain.
To the toe and heel areas, the aggressive tread, made in StickyFoot™ Dura rubber, also provides tenacious traction when you're off the bike and pushing. Ideal for when you're sessioning a trail feature over and over again to get it just right.
