The Eat Bike Cook book takes a fun approach to fueling. The beautifully illustrated book includes 40 delicious, easy-to-make recipes that have been crafted to meet the energy demands of cyclists. Included are recipes for quick, up-and-at-‘em breakfasts, energy-boosting back pocket picnics and restorative end of ride meals for sharing with friends.
Some of the recipes included, are: Banana Cinnamon Pancakes, Cheese & Apple Quinoa Bars, Energy Balls, Kitty’s Omurice and Rainbow Miso Bowl.
So, much more than a simple recipe book, Eat Bike Cook also includes 19 illustrated food diaries from elite women cyclists, including Tiffany Cromwell, Lizzy Banks, Hannah Barnes and Vendangi Kulkarni. These honest portrayals of what female cyclists actually eat to fuel is fun and packed full of delicious tips and tricks.
We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.
Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
