This iPhone case is specifically designed for use with the Bosch COBI.Bike E-bike system and the Bosch SmartphoneHub mounting system. The power supply from the hub to the smartphone works without any visible cables. The connection between the COBI.Bike smartphone app and the hub is via Bluetooth Smart. This means that the system is also available when the smartphone is not firmly locked to the handlebars using the case. In really bad weather or fast downhill rides, the case can be stowed in the backpack or trouser pocket. The software remains connected to the hub and can still be controlled with the thumb controller. The soft rubber lip makes it easier to insert the smartphone, which can be securely and firmly locked onto the bike with the patented connector. The buttons on the side and the camera lenses remain accessible.
