A new dual-layer midsole pairs ASICS’ lightest and bounciest FF LEAP cushioning with a stabilising base of FF BLAST PLUS foam, delivering deep protection with a lively rebound that feels equally at home in relaxed runs and faster efforts.

Up top, an engineered woven upper wraps the foot in breathable support, while a gusseted tongue wing-fit system enhances midfoot hold and helps keep the tongue centred as you move.

Underneath, a trampoline-inspired sole geometry and redesigned outsole "pod" shape promote a more energised toe-off, so each step feels like it springs you into the next.

Finished with reflective details and a high-stack profile, the SUPERBLAST 3 blends maximal cushioning with responsive ride quality for high-mileage training on the road.
