    Description

    The GelMix powder helps you stay energized during your most intense training sessions and races. Each serving of the powder provides 24g of carbohydrate which can give you an instant boost when you need it most.

    The mix uses ginger at its core which makes the powder a clean, natural fuel that sits easily on your stomach.

    Directions for Use
    Fill scoop with 25g of GelMix Powder. Close scoop lid. Turn scoop over and allow powder to pour into a soft flask. Half fill scoop with water. Add water to the flask. Mix and shake for 30 seconds.
